Staff were caring, wi-fi was good, and I loved its perfect location adjacent to the old town, the lake, a supermarket.

My stay was great here. I got free upgrade and loved it.

it was a well-maintained hotel, we appreciated it. the restaurant was reasonably priced and fairly clean.

The service was courteous, the staff was extremely friendly, reasonable value. Room was very well decorated, very well decorated. Everything was beautiful as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was not clean. I loved that breakfast was wonderful and included slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, meats and bakery. Comfortable central location not too far away from a neoclassical temple

I appreciated every detail here, including rooms and location, that were FAB. Exceptionally comfortable bed, electric outlets and buzzer, comfortable room.

The views were not very nice.

Overall an unforgettable stay - great value-to-price ratio, considering prices in other hotels. All good - I loved my stay - food was fantastic and my bed was good. Really handy location, splendid view from glamorous rooms. The hotel was spotless and the beautiful beach set near the property.

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

The place was quiet. We had an apartment with a view to street. The location was great! Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from lago como.

Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen. Lake Como is really close to the hotel.
